MEET DR. JESUS RIOS DC
Chiropractor and Clinical Director
Dr. Rios’ journey started at the University of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico, where his love for health and competitive volleyball led him to pursue a Doctorate from New York Chiropractic College. He’s spent time training at the VA Medical Center and University at Buffalo, where he mastered a patient-first, evidence-based approach. Being bilingual helps him ensure every patient feels heard and understood, especially when navigating recovery from personal injuries or auto accidents.

She brings a strong clinical background and a true passion for patient care to First Health. Originally from Puerto Rico and fluent in both Spanish and English, she connects easily with patients from many different backgrounds. With years of hands-on experience in imaging, phlebotomy, and healthcare management, Ashley helps keep our clinic running smoothly while making sure every patient feels seen, heard, and supported on their path to better health

Whether she’s mountain biking a new trail or playing a round of golf, Ashley brings the same energy and joy to life that she brings to our patients every day.
